Our History

Honpe Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was established in shenzhen in 1999 specializing in home appliances and electronic prototypes. In 2005, we began our digital prototyping business and built up cooperative relationship with domestic cell phone manufacturers. In 2011, we started to explore international markets and set up our first oversea branch office in Japan in 2015. Then our Italy and Spain offices followed in 2016. In 2019, our Paris and UK offices were open for businesses. In June of this special pandemic year, we embraced challenges and set up our new branch office in Mexico. Currently Honpe owns 8 offices and 3 subsidiaries worldwide and serves customers from more than 100 countries and regions.

Our Factory

At present, Honpe covers an area of 30,000 square meters with over 800 employees in shenzhen plant. There are three big divisions in our manufacturing center: digital division, chassis division and metal machining division. Each division consists of domestic department, international department, and Japan department. In addition, our R&D division focus on 3D scanning technology, 3D printing technology, industrial design, graphic design, mechanic design and electronic design which can help with our customers on their design accomplishments. This is also Honpe’s core value.

Our Product

The business scope of Honpe involves in CNC machining (metal/plastic), finishing (metal/plastic/silicon/rubber), short run die (metal/plastic/silicon/rubber), 3D printing (SLS/SLA), mold making (steel), and sheet metal. And specialize in prototyping/mass production of various digital product models, automotive models, household appliances models, as well as the processing of metal parts.

Production Equipment

There are 320 CNC machining centers, 25 five-axis machining centers, 3 sets of 3D printers and other needed machines like CNC lathe, wire cutting, EDM machine, precision small bore grinder, ordinary size lathe, milling machine, die argon welding, aluminum welding, raw welding, copper welding, wind power welding and other ancillary equipment. We also have our own electroplating oxidation plant, leather production workshop, finishing workshop and so on.
